Interview
1st round (working group interview)
- Interviewer: Team leader from recruitment field
- Interview method: Group interview
- Interview time: Around 20 minutes per group
- Evaluation factors: Major and management knowledge, presentation skills, English proficiency, comprehensive thinking skills
2nd round (management interview)
- Interviewer: Chief Executive Officer and Rep.
- Interview Method: Group interview or private interview
- Interview Time: Around 20 minutes per group
- Evaluation Factors: Comprehensively consider area of application, expertise, personality, attitude, values, and the position alignment with the candidate.
Physical examination
Basic tests such as blood, liver function, blood pressure, X-ray, hearing, and vision tests are carried out during the physical examination. → The final pass/fail is determined by the test results.
