1st round (Applicable team) - Selection of candidates for each team's recruitment
2nd round (Hiring Team) – Selection of candidates for each team's request and the company's recruitment

Interview

1st round (working group interview)
  • Interviewer: Team leader from recruitment field
  • Interview method: Group interview
  • Interview time: Around 20 minutes per group
  • Evaluation factors: Major and management knowledge, presentation skills, English proficiency, comprehensive thinking skills
2nd round (management interview)
  • Interviewer: Chief Executive Officer and Rep.
  • Interview Method: Group interview or private interview
  • Interview Time: Around 20 minutes per group
  • Evaluation Factors: Comprehensively consider area of application, expertise, personality, attitude, values, and the position alignment with the candidate.

Physical examination

Basic tests such as blood, liver function, blood pressure, X-ray, hearing, and vision tests are carried out during the physical examination. → The final pass/fail is determined by the test results.
